Tight & Strong

In this class, you will target every muscle group from head to toe in a group strength training style. The benefits of toning your body go beyond strong muscles; you will also increase your energy, improve your posture and help protect yourself from injury. You chose how heavy you want your weight to be, so you are always working at the right level!

This is one of SuzyMari’s signature classes and promises to give you all the results that you asked for. This class directly targets your booty, legs arms and abs to firm and tighten muscles & core. You are guaranteed results after this class!

Kickboxing

High Intensity, cardio focused class that targets every muscle group. Your heart will be pumping as you go through a series of kicks and punches. This class will greatly improve your cardiovascular system as you kick and punch your stress away.
Zumba

When participants see a Zumba class in action, they can’t wait to give it a try! Zumba features exotic rhythms set to high energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know, they’re getting fit and having lots of fun! It’s easy to do, effective and exhilarating; often building a deep rooted community among returning clients.
Pump It Up!

60 minutes of pure strength and learning the proper use of light and heavy weights while working your entire body. This is great weight training class and will keep you pumped!

International Rhythms

International dance music will help you on your way to firmer abs, tighter glutes, firmer curves, better core and strength stability. Burn up to 1000 calories or more in 1 class! This class is high energy cardiovascular workout with rhythms from a range of Caribbean, Latin, reggae an Indian (Bollywood) disciples.
Weights & Core

This training includes performing specific exercises at high intensity using weights and incorporating cardiovascular workouts. These exercises will take your body and abs to a whole new level of strength and definition. These are the best exercises to tone your midsection, arms and tighten up your six-pack. Yoga focuses on the methods/disciplines prescribed, especially a series of posture and breathing exercises practiced to receive control over the body and mind. This class is mixed with Pilates; which is an extremely powerful total-body conditioning method that produces long, lean muscles. It allows you to work on posture, flexibility, balance, and core strength.

Bollywood/Bolly-X

This class is a fantastic craze that is making quite the impact and we are sure that you will love it! Bolly-X is a Bollywood inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. Caribbean-Afro Vibes
